Reason 1 - Diverse racial composition
Before WWII
evry race interacted with eachother besides whites, many lived in certain areas near eachother and others worked together.
Reason 2 - Dynamic economic growth
before WWII, there were many industrials jobs available but not to blacks, they would assume that compents would end up missing such as tires,steel and lost many automobiles.
Reason 3 - Dispersive spatial arrangement
Blacks were getting sent to war but weren't treated right. they weren't able to go to certain places many bars would decline to serve such color.

El Cajon mother loses her 14 month old baby Rhilee and her mother Beverli, along with her home burned down to ashes. El Cajon police investigators believe that Kevin Collier shot and killed Rhilee and Beverli at their home on sunday. Police say that Collier then shot a Police Officer Jarred Slocum as he ducked behind a truck. Rakov (mother) lost all her clothes along with her home.
